Hindalco Graduate Engineering Trainee GET interview questions

First an OT round is conducted, which is followed by a group discussion round after which more than 50 % of the candidates are disqualified. After the GD personal interview is conducted for the remaining candidates and the duration for each interview is 20-25 minutes. The interview consists of HR and technical rounds.

Conducted at college. Written test followed by GD and PI. Case study provided for group discussion followed by selection for personal interview. Friendly interviewers with technical and HR questions in the same PI.
