Very arrogant, disrespectful. People who I talked to were white males 40+ yo, with no diversity and sense of humor. Only cared about finance background, which made me feel very self-conscious and depressed. Poor culture
Several interviews with top and middle management, case study with a investment memo and model built, fit interview with peers. Knowledge and experience assessment. Hobbies and personal questions also made.
