Straightforward process - I was contacted by a 3rd party headhunter and spoke with two people on the HR side before meeting the team in the office. They spoke a lot about their church affiliation and the CEO chastise for working for my current employer. He said his team had a great culture and he could not see anyone who worked at my company or in my industry (entertainment) contributing to a healthy culture. Others asked technical questions, but he did not. He could have saved me the time by telling the recruiter this upfront.
