I had an online call with one of their project managers, Tushar. The interview process was fairly straightforward. During the interview, I asked for specific dates on when he'd get back to me regarding the role—and I was given the reply that he'd let me know by a certain date on his decision (on whether I was chosen or not), and that I could email him to follow up for a reply if he hadn't responded by that time.
I waited until past that date, and followed up twice, and he never responded. This is unprofessional, and poor practice for a company that works specifically with freelancers.

Question 1
Tell me more about your experience relating to this position.
Had 3 interviews with 1 long assessment. After meeting the co-founder for the initial interview, she gave me a few hours to complete the assessment. I completed it and submitted it before the deadline. Met with her 2-3 more times to discuss. Was repeatedly told that they would be sending an offer. But weeks passed and no offer was sent. To put it simply, I was ghosted. They wasted my time and effort. They could've simply told me that they hired someone else or couldn't afford me.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hire Digital (Singapore) in Dec 2023
Interview
So many calls. First with their Talent Program Manager. Second onwards with the Hiring Managers aka Co-founders. There were tests in between, too, "Skills Assessment" they said. There's also one day with numerous tasks with an existing client.
