I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hireology (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2020
Interview
A very brief, superficial interview. Interviewer asked a few basic, monotonous questions over the course of 12 minutes. Said they would reach back out to schedule in-person interview, emailed-back a week later with a rejection message.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hireology (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2019
Interview
When I applied I was sent a pre-screen survey full of yes or no questions from there I heard from the recruiter 2 days later for the initial phone screen. Had the phone screen then was asked to come in for a in person interview at the end of the call. A couple hours after my in person interview, I found out I would be considered for the last round of interviews and was told I would need to take an assessment and reference check and speak with the VP of Customer Success (This was Friday).I did my assessment, fill-out out my reference check for to send to my references complete over the weekend. On Monday I had a call with the VP and was made a offer the same day.
Thank you for the feedback, I'm happy to hear you had such an efficient interview process with us. We could not be more thrilled to welcome you to the team!
Thanks,
Rachel Wilhelm

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hireology (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
After submitting my resume, I was contacted less than a day later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes, and I then asked to submit the Caliper Assessment and my references. The Caliper is a personality assessment that gauges how well you would fit in the role. The cool thing about their reference checks is that they email the references a survey to fill out instead of calling them. After sending over everything, I had an in person manager with my potential direct manager and another individual on the Customer Success team that lasted about an hour. Once I was notified I made it to the final round, I spoke to the VP of Customer Success, Debra Senra for a 30 minute interview.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Can you think of a time when you went out of your way to help your company when it was outside the realm of your job description? Why did you do that?
Everyone has missed a deadline at some point in their lives. Can you describe a time when you missed a due date or deadline? What caused you to miss it? What did you do about it?
When working on an assignment or project, are you more likely to spend extra time making sure you didn't miss anything, or complete the assignment as fast as possible to get it done early? Using that context, tell me about the last major assignment or project that you worked on.
Thank you for the feedback, we're happy you experienced a swift interview process with us and look forward to your new career at Hireology.
