The interview mainly focused on my past work experience, especially how I used data to support business decisions and build reports. The interviewer was friendly and asked follow-up questions to understand my real contribution in previous projects. No tricky technical questions — the focus was on practical experience and communication skills. Take-Home Challenge: A small data analysis task using Excel or Power BI to analyze a dataset and create a dashboard with insights. The task was reasonable and could be finished within a day if you are familiar with data visualization tools.
