"I would love to describe the interview process. There wasn’t one . They scheduled me for an interview and at the very last minute had to reschedule me. I wake up one morning with an email saying they are moving onto other candidates when my interview is literally scheduled for the next day. This is very unprofessional behavior and they need to reevaluate their interview process if they are canceling and rescheduling candidates.

I had an phone interview scheduled with the VP who was almost a half hour late to call. I took time out of my work day for this interview, so I was not happy. When I finally got on the phone with her (she did not apologize for being late), she asked me one question and then basically told me that I do not have enough experience for the role. If this qualification is the most important aspect of the job, I should never have been contacted for an interview because it does not state this on my resume or cover letter. The "interview" lasted less than 5 minutes and I was not asked if I had any questions at the end.
This phone interview was disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not apply here again.
