The process was quite straightforward. The atmosphere was quite informal/casual. First short interview with HR. Then 2 interviews with 2-3 people in each interview present. The questions ranged from technical to situational/business behavior.

Suddenly, I had a telephone interview, and then I transferred from global to a technical post. The day before, I was informed of the group meeting, and then I needed to prepare PPT for an interview with global managers. My English was not particularly good, but fortunately, I answered global's questions. After talking about the salary, it was a bit slow to advance because global celebrated Christmas, and finally I got the offer letter.
