Interview
Interview with HR and dept. head. General and technical questions. Also HR questions with a little strangeness. The responses from the interviewer was so faded or not impressed. Not interested in background. Obsession on some certain topics which seems like their only focus or interest.
Mostly soft skills based, but also overall technical skills and working knowledge of agile were discussed. Attitude was very positive. Overall process takes very long time even if you do not succeed to receive an offer.
