I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hive (CA) in Nov 2024
Interview
I did a short phone call followed by a technical coding interview. I believe there are 4 technical interviews with some ML related discussion at the end. The first phone call was just for introductions and logistics. The technical interviewer was nice and tried to ease the nervousness quite well.

Interview
There were 4-5 interviews, each with an increasingly senior employee, with the final one being with the co-founder. After the intro call with a recruiter, the first few technical interviews consist of a discussion of your resume/background, followed by a discussion about what you would do in a scenario one might encounter in the position you're applying for. The final round consists of a discussion of your background, followed by a generic Leedcode style coding question.
Start with talking about resumes, then ML coding or Leetcode.
ML coding is using Pytorch, leetcode is not hard, more like a easy but test you with the time complexity
