Recruiter asked me about previous experiences (technical and non-technical descriptions were expected). Most questions pointed towards previous startup experience, along with familiarity with company-used platforms, as well as the coding languages the tech teams used.

Two interviews and a meeting with the CTO. There was a technical component focusing on SQL queries and then had to look at a Tableau dashboard and point out areas needing improvements. No contact in 6 weeks even though they said they'd get back to me, disappointed by them ghosting considering how nice the people I talked to were.

Initiated the process with a preliminary screener. Advanced to an interview with the hiring manager, answering basic behavioral questions. A week later, invited to take a take-home test focusing on SQL queries. Finally had a meeting with the CTO, answering more behavioral questions. Fully ghosted after that conversation.
