I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hiya (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Applied at Hoya and was OOO for a few days. The recruiter got back to me within a day, I hadn’t checked my email for a day or so, so I didn’t give availability. With 24 hours, the recruiter proceeds to send me 3 different meeting invites. 2 going to junk so I didn’t even see them. Then was extremely upset I didn’t show up to one of them, and asked to move it. Completely unprofessional and disorganized.

Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hiya (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Recruiter screen (with some behavioral questions), hiring manager screen, then full day onsite including 2 hour case study, presentation, then a series of 30 min interviews. The recruiter was on top of it and I completed all interviews within a week. The interviews varied wildly between simple conversations and feeling like they googled "how to interview for product marketing manager position" including someone asking me what my greatest strength and weakness was. They did expense my parking and buy me lunch which was nice.

Interview
I was interviewed by HR a week after submitting my application. She gave me a thorough background on the company and explained where the role sits within the company. After asking what I'm looking for in my next role, we quickly realized we're not a good fit for each other. While that was unfortunate, I still had a good interviewing experience.
