Interview
The interviewer seemed unprepared, asked repetitive questions, and provided little clarity about the role. The session felt rushed, with minimal engagement, leaving a negative impression of the overall hiring process.
The recruiter/ talent acquisition did not provide any interview information when asked. They did not provide any details of who you're meeting as well. I am not sure why they would rather catch the candidates off guard rather than helping them to prepare for it.
