HoYoverse Localization (Remote) interview questions

I've applied online in April, received a test to do pretty quickly that you had to send back within 3 days. They said that they will give a feedback in a week. Waited a long time but no news. I had to spam them to be able to have an answer, the HR mail given is like a hollow black hole. Is it that difficult to answer one mail? Around end of May, you finally receive a reply from the HR saying you can process to the interview. Great. Then one hour before the interview they send you a mail saying that the interviewver has something urgent to do and they have to reschedule it. Who does that? Well apparently hoyoverse. You choose a new hour and date but without surprise the HR person is a ghost again. On the chosen day they reply saying that their inbox has problems and didn't see your reply and ask if another day is fine for you. Then I had enough and told them I had other things to do and that their behavior was disrespectful. Finally we managed to land the interview on the same day. The interview was pretty simple and in chinese but no one wanted to talk about the salary, it's always "later with another person if interview is successful" why so secretive? Isn't it normal to talk about salary right now? Anyway they were planning to give a reply within 3 weeks but I've said I needed the answer next week if possible and here we are automatic mail to reject me. I'm not that disappointed the organization was awful. If you have like 3 to 4 months in your life to waste going through their terrible communication with the HR in China then please be my guest. But there are many other companies that will surely respect your time more.
