I applied online in October, first stage is your CV and a cover letter, second stage was a telephone interview, asked about myself and talked about the role and what I know about it. The assessment day which was in January in Cardiff, I needed to do a presentation , an interview which my case was one on one and a group exercise.

Technical Question: tell me why it is important and how to improve costs on a heating.
Smooth interview process. After submitting the application I was invited to a telephone interview, and then a graduate assessment centre at the office. It's a chance to showcase yourself but also to see what sort of work you'll be doing as a graduate.

There was a phone interview first and then followed with an assessment day.
Assessment day consisted of a presentation, an interview and a group exercise. The interview was normal and nor very difficult.

Interview
The interview process begins with an introduction to what will be happening throughout the day and an opportunity to meet other applicants. You are then supplied with a timetable on what tasks you will be doing throughout the day, including talking with new members of the graduate scheme, a 2 on 1 interview including a prepared presentation and a 4 person group task.
