I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hoffman Corporation (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2026
Interview
Very short and quick. They asked basic questions about my experience that related to the position. I only had one interview with the hiring team and one with the recruiter before it. After that I was told they wanted to give me an offer. The process seemed rushed and I felt they were desperate to hire, which was not a good sign.
