I applied online (Oxford Street, London). The interview was with a group of people in a boardroom with around 7 others. There was 4 interviewers bring store managers or assistant store managers. It lasted 2 to 3 hours. They just talk about Holland and Barrett and ask you to introduce yourself around the table. Then we filled out a form about availability whats your favourite food, what superpower would you have and something else. Then they asked if you won the lottery what would you do with your winnings. The managers were just having banter and like picking on each other in a friendly competitive way trying to be funny. Just look friendly and confident, they observe how you are as a person and how you present yoursel. THEY put you in groups and ask to prepare a 90 second TV advert on a product they let you choose on the table. Then they ask to look at your rights to work. Still waiting to hear back been over a week, they said it takes 2 weeks.
