Highly uncomfortable interview process, extremely discriminatory as well. Interview panel was asking questions about the industry/market/competition (fishing out market intelligence here...), rather than asking the RIGHT questions to see if the candidate could fit the role well.

Informal chat with a really welcoming member of the staff. Honest, open, able to put you at ease while remaining professional and competent. He had gone beforehand through my resume carefully and was ready to ask me relevant and professional questions.
