Basic questions - scenario based/yes and no. Two interviewers that sit and write the notes up. Got back to me on the same day with an offer. It only lasted about 20 to 30 minutes.

Can you tell me what attracts you to this position, what are attributions yourself into the role?
Good communication and reporting are important in a role as support workers often work alone with clients. Can you tell us how you can ensure clear communication with co-workers and how you manage that?
In the support workers role, you will be working and supervising with client, the maybe a time the client asks you to do a task that is not in their support plan. Can you tell us how you manage this?
If you attend a shift, your client was just aggressive or challenging behaviours what would you do?
