Very easy and personal. Very professional. Came in and was greeted in such a way that just made you know this is for me. Took time to ask me about myself.

Interview
I was seated in a conference room immediately upon arriving and waited for the hiring manager to arrive. She came in within a few minutes, and we got right to it. I was asked some typical but very relevant questions, and then I had the chance to ask some of my own questions. I filled out a couple of forms (one for a background check and one for a drug test). Then I did the drug test and headed on my way. I was hired the same day.

Interview
Kim (REM), did my interview. She was very nice and gave me a lot of information. The questions were pretty basic and there were no trick questions. When I arrived I was greeted right away and offered beverages (they have a cafe).

Interview
The interview process was easy. They ask you if you have any experience. After the interview, they do call your references, so make sure you have good ones. It took about a week to schedule orientation.
