Interview
The process was very minimal. Set up an interview over text via an employee reference, so I think because of that the process was more streamlined than it otherwise would have been. It was pretty standard asking about my previous experience, what position I was looking for, what expectations were not only on the floor but code of conduct.

Interview
Very corporate and overly thorough for a pizza place. Called ALL of my references and checked my ENTIRE job history. Not that I mind because my background is rock solid but it felt very excessive.
