The interview process was not only slow and drawn out, but the communication was extremely poor as well.
I passed the initial resume screening, which had over 1,500 applicants on LinkedIn. From there, I was asked to complete a task that took over an hour to finish. I passed that too and was then invited to a one-hour interview with their Director of Operations. After that, I did not hear anything for two weeks. Eventually, I was told they were no longer moving forward with me. No feedback. No explanation. If I had moved forward, the next step would have been an interview with the CEO, followed by a final interview with the Director of Operations.
The entire process started in early April and did not wrap up until early June. I genuinely believe the only reason I made it as far as I did, or received a final response at all, was because I was extremely persistent in following up.
To be honest, I do not believe they are seriously hiring for this position. It feels more like they are using the listing for advertisement.
