I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Huntsville, AL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Met with the store manager who was very friendly and outgoing. Was easy to speak with and nothing really out of the norm as far a questions asked. Even gave me a tour of the receiving area and she fully described role I was applying for. My only negatives was the interview started a little late because she had to eat her sandwich. Would think in a professional environment she would plan her meals around her appointments. Also was told I would be contacted within the week to tell me one way or the other if I would be considered for the position. That was three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything. I find this very unprofessional, especially after being told specifically I would receive a call to let me know of the outcome of the interview.
Straightforward and to the point. Specifics vary on market, and I would suggest arriving with a few questions in mind. Credit sales are essential to this role or the driving of them thereof, as well as efficiency of tasking and merchandise flow.

The interview process was very professional and in a nice environment. It was a short interview with basic questions and the interviewer was very nice. The store was clean and the office where the interview took place was very nice also.

Quick and easy application process and interview process. Interviewed with hr then the district manager then was offered the position through hr. They asked fairly easy questions for the role. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and professional.
