Interview
Due to Covid-19, the interviews were held online via a zoom call. I had a great conversation with Casey LeBlanc first and he suggested I would be a great fit for HomeLight due to my experience with Qualia. I then had a zoom interview with Sebastian and Cara.
Our call went great. It was meaningful, insightful and fun. It was great getting to know them both as I came on board as Cara's new assistant. I was promised a call back with a decision and I got it when promised.

Interview
The interview process went pretty quick and was smooth. I had one phone interview and two virtual interviews before the company made me an offer. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

Interview
The recruiter got back with me very fast even though they were in another state and time zone. Interviews were set up quickly. It was very smooth especially for everything having to be done through Zoom because of Covid-19.
