Interview
Met alone in conference room with new agent recruiter. Really laidback, just more chitchat about why I wanted to do this, what my plans were, a bit about my background. More of a genuine conversation than a "describe your weaknesses" boilerplate type interview or the typical rahrah Keller Williams is best sales spiel. Most enjoyable interview of all agencies that's why I chose HomeSmart.
