I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Homeward
Interview
I received an interview request withing a couple weeks of submitting my application. I had a brief HR screening call, an interview with the hiring manager and a panel interview with the team. Everyone was friendly, professional and asked great questions. I hadn't heard back when they said they expected to make a decision. When I followed up via email, I was told they left me a voicemail. I did not have a missed call or a voicemail (voicemail was not full). I asked if they called my phone number and I never received a response. I felt like this was a really strange way to end the interview process and let someone know they went with another candidate.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Homeward (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
SEVERAL interviews. Had at least 4 not to mention the phone screenings with the recruiter. Combo of Zoom, phone, call backs, and emails. It was particularly unstructured, and felt very reactive instead of proactive.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Homeward in Apr 2024
Interview
One interview with HR, two interviews with the direct manager and director level leader and a valuation case study. The process was reasonably quick and straight forward. The case study was barely talked about in the interview.
