This was for a Advisory Role and the process consisted of: Phone Screen(Background and Resume Review), First Round Interview(Resume Review, Behavioral), Second Round Interview(Behavioral and Technical). Overall, It was a pleasant experience, and the recruiter was there the entire process.

It felt like an informal conversation. Be prepared to ask your own questions. Have a nice list prepared in advance because they will lead with asking you what questions you have and it drives the whole conversation.
