I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Honda Australia (Melbourne) in Dec 2019
Interview
The actual interviews I am happy with, the panel asked about my experience and how I applied it in the workplace instead of cliche questions.
After a series of interviews I was informed I was the selected candidate (fantastic!) but then after some silence I found out a senior manager over ruled and hired a friend for the role (who bypassed the recruitment process that was being used).
The part I am not happy about is that the whole process took 6 weeks, many hours of preparation, multiple phone calls and trips. They should not have dragged out the whole process and wasted my (and possibly other candidates) time. No respect.

Question 1
They asked questions from my CV on the projects I worked on. The questions were technical/business and also interactions with people.

Interview
Three rounds of interview in total which two rounds were on site. If you are looking a place to establish process, leverage resources, drive results and to make actual progress, this wouldn't be the right place for you at both dealer and corporate level.
My feeling of the whole interview process was a large number of stakeholders were not receptive to changes, which means prefer sticking to their old ways of Marketing. Keep in mind other manufacturers are evolving too, you snooze you lose.
