I had two interviews. The first one was over the phone and preliminary. The second interview was in-person. They asked basic questions like how I work with others, and if I could handle multitasking.

Interview
Three department heads interviewed me at the same time. There was no organization nor structure on their part. It was a free-for-all as far as their questioning went. One would ask a question, then the next would ask a completely off-topic question, only for the other to return to the original topic. When I asked them questions, they all struggled to give me an answer, and seemed offended that I even asked them. In my opinion, none of them should have been in any kind of management or supervisory role. They called the next morning offering me the position, and I immediately declined.
