I was invited to a final round of interviews. The goal was to prepare a case study (after-sales in automotive) for about 3 hours and then present the result to 3 interviewers. They were all relevant stakeholders/line managers for the position. The interviewers were nice, friendly and competent. After the presentation, there was a brief round of questions and a little discussion on the case study. No further questions were asked.
The final feedback (yes/no) was promised to be in 3 days. After 5 days, I proactively called the HR at Honda Geneva and asked for feedback. She said on the phone that they decided to go with another candidate. I am still waiting for the official rejection mail.
