Pretty much the same as mentioned in other reviews and I doubt how much information would come out of it. Heavy work required implied (overwork during holidays etc) and low pay.
Pretty fair and honest questions were asked. There was transparency and straight forward questions.
Certainly not trying to put the candidate on the spot, rather trying to know him/her better.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Honest AgTech in Mar 2021
Interview
Applied online and responsded in less than a week, I guess. First round was an online assessment of cognitive skills and psychographic traits (Bryq’s 30-min)., which is a bit questionable. Then a 15 min call which could have been an email.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is the number of years of professional experience with ROS?
Strong programming skills and robotics knowledge seems to be futile if there is no professional experience with ROS, which is surprising. The name of the role should probably be changed from Robotics Engineers to ROS Engineers. Good programmers can learn and use ROS for complex robotics applications in less than a month. Their website states that products are built from first principles but the superficial question on number of years of ROS experience did not make me feel so.
Surprisingly no programming round, live programming, discussion on robotics algorithms and related libraries, etc. Seemed like the interviewer does not know how to evaluate those aspects but still took the interview for a Robotics Engineer role with superficial questions. Not a company I'd interview with again.
