panel interview is critical, and then you may go next level if yes. the panel interview must be diverse including different color and different title and sex. the candidates must be mix as well
Long and chaotic. Recruiter makes a phone screening. A long one but reasonable questions. Explaines about the role and answeres questions. HR stays during the f2f interview with the hiring manager. Explained that they do not have practice to hire people with disabilities.
