Felt a bit unprofessional, the interview was without HR pic. The hiring managers were interested in my current salary, which honestly should be PnC , as they're not the HR person.
They were also trying to dig into my current organisation's project details, which I dont feel comfortable sharing.
HR is also so unprofessional, they were trying so hard to lowball my salary. I asked how much is their budget for the role and they didn't want to answer.
Moreover when I received a call from HR regarding my offer, I asked them on the benefits, because they didnt email me any benefit listing.
The HR instead told me they do not have any documentation of current benefits, and they told me to google it myself. Isn't it a standard to email the company's benefit listing alongside the offer letter?
Very, very poor process and treatment to potential new hires.
