I found the job posting on linkedin and it seemed right what I was looking for after reading the job description. I am graduating with my bachelor's in Marketing so this seemed like a great place where I could get a lot of coaching. After I applied somebody contacted me from the HR department in the next couple of days, once I went to my interview everyone seemed to be in a great mood which I take as a good sign. We covered the job duties of the position & what they were looking for. I was really impressed with how much growth potential they have. I was called back for a 2nd interview with another manager and went into more detail, covered the structure, etc. I was offered the position a couple days later & now I have a job after I graduate!
