Hoonartek interview questions

I recently attended an interview with Hoonartek for a SharePoint Developer role. However, I felt that the discussion was not well aligned with the job description or the core responsibilities of the role. Most of the questions asked were unrelated to SharePoint development, SPFx, or the technologies mentioned in the JD. Instead, the interview focused heavily on topics outside the expected scope of the position, which made the interaction feel less relevant from a technical evaluation perspective. Additionally, one of the interviewers appeared quite dismissive in tone and emphasized knowledge areas that were not part of the stated role requirements. I completely understand the importance of evaluating broader technical understanding, but the discussion should ideally remain reasonably connected to the actual role and expectations shared with the candidate. I believe interviews are most effective when both the interview panel and the candidate have clarity regarding the role, required skill set, and responsibilities.
