Phone interview, in person interview (series of questions that require good detail) and job shadow. Received a phone call a few days later being offered the position. Easy quick process.

What would you do if you had an aggressive client?
It is a very ideal interview process. Recruiters take you through the steps quickly, but thoughtfully. I can not recommend this company and the process enough. Everyone I talked to was friendly, energetic, and passionate. It made the whole company seem impressive.

First did phone interview then in person interview/shadowing at job site. Phone interview determines if you are pushed forward or not. Was a very a pretty positive experience and individuals were friendly. Overall pleased with the interview process.

Describe how your experience would make you a good fit for this position
Initial phone interview, and then an in-person interview and shadow. My interviewer was late, and the receptionist was rude upon arrival. The shadowing portion was interesting. I was invited to ask questions, and the therapist I was shadowing was very informative and helpful
