Formal, interesting, great and like an interesting interview should be done by someone with the knowledge and experience to understand how to make the best decisions possible and how they should make decisions
It was 2 rounds. First in is HR and Second in is line manager/FC. There is no written test during the interview. Simply introduction and ask for job history. The reason why you leave and what is your plan of your future.
