Horizon House interview questions

Received a call to set up an initial interview. 1st interview was virtual 1;1 with HR Manager. Second interview was virtual 1;1 with the Director. 5-6 weeks later was presented with an offer but declined due to low salary. The communication throughout the hiring process could have been more transparent, especially since the salary wasn’t mentioned until the offer stage. The office seemed to lack structure. Although, both interviewers seemed to be very informative and thorough.

An initial phone screen and then an in-person Interview. Phone screening lasted about 30 min, while the in person was blocked out for an hour. The screening was with a recruiter, the in-person was with a hiring manager.
