Interviewer is very friendly, just talk about your own experience. Be your self! Really easy going. If you have some experience about summer camp that will be really nice for them and yourself.

It was an easy, short interview. They will take practically anyone, regardless of whther they fit the job. In retrospect, it' obvious that they don't have many standards. Considering how poor the compensation is, that's not much surprise.
