Interview
A recruiter contacted me and set up a phone interview. That was all behavioral questions and lasted about 30 minutes. If further interview are wanted they'll contact you to schedule a visit at the corporate office in Austin,MN. This interview is a all day thing lasting about 6 hours with different different as well as an tour of the plant. Since I'm not as experienced I assumed they asked me all behavioral questions as well. Everyone is SUPER friendly and shows GREAT hospitality. I felt very comfortable there. The decision process takes about 1-2 weeks.
The interview process lasted about 2hr. The interview started with HR giving a overview of how the interview process will work. The interview had two 45min sessions with two people on the interview panel at a time.

Talked to them at the career fair and did a next day interview. Eventually got a phone call and did a phone interview. Lastly, a few months later I was flown out to the Austin plant and interviewed by several IEs.

Campus onsite interview. First, she gave mandatory questions like if you are authorized to work in US and need any sponsorship in the future. And then she went to behavioral questions.
