The whole recruiting process felt quite unusual: everything was managed via LinkedIn messaging, with no official application traceability (which is fine if communication is good, not when you’re ignored with no reason given after having worked on a case)
1- Linkedin messages questions around experiences and role fit
2- Call with Senior Recruiter deep dive around CV - role fit; responsbilities, examples of relevant projects delivered in previous roles
3- Case to work on and send back
The senior recruiter never confirmed the reception of the case sent, and never messaged back despite seeing the 2 follow up messages
