Thorough interview process, with 5 rounds of interviews with different levels of management and relevant departments. With each interviewer, the process and questions posed were of different context. With 5 rounds of interviews, there were more opportunities to ask questions relevant to the level of management. It provided better insight to how the company operates and how fast-paced/intense the work environment can be.
