Interview
I had a mainly casual chat with a couple of people from the management team, followed by a 30 min test. Cultural fit is a very important component for them.
Very direct but casual, it became a lovely conversation with the interviewer at the end. Very punctual to the dot, if they say 30 minutes, it means 30 minutes from start to finish.
