The interviewer had a strange need for control, she seemed upset that I was taking notes instead of just listening. Tone was quite formal, was hard to get very direct answers.

Three rounds: preliminary get to know you, demo lesson and short q&a about teaching methodology and lastly a group interview that leaned more towards why you want to teach specifically in China.
