Term Loan v RCF? Different types of restructuring options? Causes of distress? Why may two pari tranches of debt trade at different market prices? How does optionality differ across different parts of the capital structure? PIK interest pros/cons? Why restructuring? Why not Buyside?

Interviewing with Houlihan Lokey was a great experience. Questions were hard but could be answered smoothly. The interviewer kindly responded to my answers. It was about 40 minutess long. There was only one interviewer.
