I applied online. I interviewed at Housing 21 (Birmingham, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
Two stage - first over the phone and the second in person.
The first was over Teams and quite detailed so was surprised when a second interview was added - there was no indication provided of the entire process at the outset.
The second stage involved a presentation. This was provided on the day but rather than ask question on content the interview moved onto an entirely separate process and ignored my previous effort which had taken days worth of effort to complete - which was a bit frustrating as efforts were made to engage the panel.

Question 1
Nothing asked that wasn’t a standard BA question although focus was given to the difficulty of managing their team.
The interview selection process is based on who knows who, unfair selection process in place within the senior management team. Give false hope to internal staff as senior managers discuss amongst themselves who they have already chosen.
