Applied for the role and received an invitation for an interview. Before the interview, there were 2 assessments you needed to complete so that interviewers could determine your ability. Assessments were about how you reply to unreasonable and entitled citizens who want to buy a house that they probably cannot afford. You will see other interviewees as well as you guys take turns to do the assessments and go for the interview. After the assessments, you will proceed to the interview. There were 4 to 5 interviewers, and they were very friendly. I only knew the results after around 6 weeks.

Thorough, more like a conversational type to know you better and your strengths. Panel of 8 personnel and all took turns to ask questions on your background, suitability and acceptance level.
