Houston Racquet Club interview questions

I had two interviews for the position, one with the Director of Catering and the other with the Catering Manager that I would be replacing. The interviews were casual yet professional. I was told they were going to follow up with me after the second interview with the next steps. After not hearing back after a week or so, I followed up via email but never received a response. Even if the response would have been they were going with another candidate, or they simply felt I wasn't the right fit, I would have appreciated the follow up instead of being ignored.
