Multiple calls, two interviewers including the hiring manager, that was friendly in tone, and balanced fun and challenging questions to reveal what I'm like, how I work and how I think. Good amount of time given to me to ask questions.

Interview
Very personal interview process - I met with the CEO in the second round of interviews. A positive company culture was visible throughout the process, and I had great interactions with everyone I met. HowGood is a business with a true social/environmental mission, and every employee's passion for creating true change in the food system was apparent.
