I applied online on a Monday, had a phone screen Wednesday, interviewed with my prospective manager the next week and had a panel interview the week after that. Received an offer about 3.5 weeks after applying.
Interview process was well-organized and I was told the salary up front in the phone screen. It's a set salary per role, no negotiating, to ensure salary equity across groups - I like that a lot personally and the salary is fair. The panel interview included a couple of boilerplate "tell me about a time when" questions, but mostly the interviews were about meeting people I'd be working with and them getting an idea of what I would bring to the org. I had enough time to ask questions and get a better understanding of the role, and assess whether I thought I'd work well with the manager etc. Good process overall.
